KELLY RIPA

Regis Says Adios, comments with respect to: "I am interested Myself See Who Gets It"

Unfortunately, the day has come.

Tomorrow will mark the last time Regis Philbin will take its place next to cohost Kelly RIPO on Live, and today, E! News was lucky to get a few words from the section of the pair (this is a breakdown!) At a farewell press conference at Philbin.

"I feel pretty good, I'm not saying I'm going to feel so good out there on Monday in Miami, but now ... I was not looking forward to this point, you'll never in my life, especially if you leave your success you've worked your tail off to do, and it here. and why not hang around and enjoy it? But I have the time and really move on ... " But let us see what, exactly?

"I do not know. I do not mind, I do not know what will happen next," the 80-year-old explains. "I think the reality [TV] is a phrase that's not true ... but you know, it entertains a lot of people."

But more importantly lingering on all our minds, including RIPO, including those who are lucky (and brave) enough to try to fill the shoes of Mr. Regis Philbin on the show?

"Frankly, I would stay away from this ... I do not want to disappoint other people looking for work," says Philbin. "Kelly's a great little story-teller in his own right. I mean I was not as easy as it seems, is cohosting thing. It just was not for me. So we'll see what happens, I'm interested myself to see who gets it."
Whoever the mystery man (and it will not RIPO to hubby Mark Consuelos), cohost Regis "sets out specific qualities necessary to perform the work:

"His name should be Regis, he should fit in the chair just right, you know, it's hard to say. I think you just have to be a great storyteller and live. And do not be a pain in the example," she shares.

There's no doubt created the Regis legacy, and its output will be difficult for some to accept. Including RIPO, who became a little emotional talking about it.
