This year, the magazine celebrates its Out 100 - an annual list of 100 lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the year - the first: four separate covers with comedian and LGBT ally, Kathy Griffin, actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson, a male model Andrew Pejic, and legendary activist and writer Larry Kramer.

The cover, when placed together, portray a wedding scene, a tribute to an important win marriage equality in New York this summer, showing a gender bending Pejic, who was called out on "Stylemaker of the Year", as blushing bride with other stars looking at the cover.

 

Griffin, "Entertainer of the Year," said her resemblance to the LGBT community began in the school. "I was a nerd. Pejic, burst onto the scene in 2011, horse and men, and shows women and famously closed spring Jean Paul Gaultier fashion show in 2011 in a fur gown.
